Contingency tables
Graphic presentation of the two-way contingency table analysis on the Unified Model (UM)-predicted and the automated weather stations (AWS)-observed daily average relative humidity (RH) at 29 locations of paddy fields during the period from May 5 to October 31 in 2014 and 2015. Data points were categorized into four groups with reference to 80% RH, which is the threshold of relative humidity for bacterial grain rot development. UM06, UM-data released at 0600 Universal Time Coordinated (UTC); UM18, UM-data released at 1800 UTC.
