one-way ANOVA

one-way ANOVA

Nannochloropsis growth under different fluctuating light conditions. Nannochloropsis gaditana cells exposed to 150 µmol of photons·m−2·s−1 (CL, black squares) are compared with the FL1–4 treatments (red triangles, green circles, blue triangles and purple diamonds, respectively). Growth curves are shown in (A), whereas (B) provides the calculated growth rates. In all cases, cells were grown with a 16/8 h light/dark photoperiod. The average and SD are reported (n > 5). The letters a, b, c and d indicate statistically significant differences from CL, FL1, FL2 and FL3, respectively (one-way ANOVA, P-value < 0.05).
